Tradition acquired the 7 acres of non-performing land in Cascades Marketplace in 2022 after successfully re-zoning the ground from commercial to residential use.   This is the first step to revitalizing Cascades Marketplace retail center by providing nearby households that can better support an updated retail center. 

Tradition constructed on 173 townhouses in 2025.
