Tradition acquired a 1.5 acre parcel in 2016 in the heart of the historic district Herndon, VA.  It developed a plan to rezone the property to create a more vibrant and active community of 20 townhouses and condominiums and 3,000 square feet of retail space on an underutilized land parcel.

Working with the Town of Herndon and its Historic Preservation Review Board, Tradition successfully rezoned the property and led the design and construction of the homes and retail space.  Junction Square's modern aesthetic with private balconies with elevator units proved popular among buyers as well as the access and convenience to the amenities of Historic downtown Herndon including the WO&D trail located across the street from the project.
