Tradition acquired the one 1 acre parcel in the heart of North Arlington and replaced an aging structure with 4 new single-family homes.

The project entailed the creation of a new street and cul de sac on a tight lot which required the design and siting of efficient homes while still offering the necessities needed in a single family home setting.
