Our unique new home financing program allows you to secure a lot and build your house with only a one-time upfront deposit. Come to closing a year later. It's that simple.

We also have a steady supply of new homes for sale at any given time, designed and built with the same detail and care as our custom houses. Whether you’d like to build from scratch or buy a finished house, we have a beautiful new home for you.

Tradition Renovations creates renovated spaces that are as lovely, spacious and well-appointed as our newly constructed homes. Tradition Realty
Tradition Realty offers much more than a typical “brokerage” company.  We start by securing land and lots for our home builder clients on which to build.  We do this by identifying, evaluating and negotiating for land that is not “on the market.”  This allows our buyers to plan, negotiate, and complete their project without the duress of competing with other buyers.  About ninety percent of our projects come from land that never goes to market! 

We also sell our clients’ existing homes at the conclusion of construction.  This is a great advantage knowing your builder and your agent are one seamless team, coordinating your closings and relocations in the most effective way possible.
