Design First- Build Later

We understand that building or renovating your home can be one of the largest investments a family will make during their lifetime. As a result we try to simplify the process to ensure our clients are comfortable during each stage of the project. That’s why we use a two-part process where we design first and build later. Our architects and design team provide information seamlessly under one roof eliminating the need for two separate companies for design and construction. This allows our clients to understand the potential cost at each stage during the design before committing to a final project.  

After design we transition to the construction phase. We are a full service construction firm and our responsibilities include, permitting, demolition, utility disconnections, site work, excavation, and construction of your new home or renovation. At the completion of your home we obtain occupancy permits from the applicable municipality and you can begin to enjoy your home for years to come.
