APC provides quality health care to children through 18 years of age, living in Arlington County, with family incomes at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level. Tradition Homes is a proud sponsor of APC's annual benefit which raises nearly $200,000 for the center. The company's marketing consultant, Jan DeFalco, has served on the steering committee and the company has sponsored tables and donated auction items for the event. Co-founder Stephen DeFalco has happily removed wallpaper at the center during examining room make-overs.  Treats 4 Our Troops is a local organization that collects and distributes candy and magazines to troops around the world. Tradition Homes enjoys teaming up with Co-founder George DeFalco's daughter and her soccer team in collecting and packing the treats. At the last packing event the girls sorted and packed 54 boxes of treats for the troops! A big thanks to those clients that donate candy to the cause!
 Arlington Soccer Association offers year-round soccer experiences for people of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds. Over 5,000 children take advantage of ASA programs each year. Tradition Homes' marketing consultant Jan DeFalco has dedicated her time in managing and coaching an ASA team.
 Arlington Babe Ruth Baseball is a league for players between the ages 4 - 12. The name of the game at every youth level is FUN. George DeFalco, otherwise known as Coach George, has coached a little league team for several seasons.
