George DeFalco - Co-Founder
George DeFalco has been involved in design and construction for the past 15 years. Most recently, he was President and Owner of a full service residential architecture firm based in Arlington, VA. The firm specialized in major renovations and additions to older existing housing stock in the Northern Virginia "close-in" communities of Arlington, Mclean and Falls Church. He has held positions as Project Designer and Project Manager for notable architecture firms, and has been practicing architecture since 1993.

Currently he oversees all aspects of design and construction for Tradition Homes. This includes site feasibility, project design, construction management, and quality control.  George is a past recipient of the Arlington County Honor Award  for Preservation Design and a Fairfax County Merit Award for Interior Architecture. He is a member of the American Institute of Architects, and is also certified by the National Council of Architecture Registration Boards. He holds a Bachelor's Degree from the Syracuse University School of Architecture.


Stephen DeFalco - Co-Founder
Stephen DeFalco has been involved real estate development in Northern Virginia for the past 10 years. He previously worked for a regional development company in Northern Virginia where he was responsible for overseeing acquisition and strategic sales and leasing of owned projects. Currently Stephen is responsible for managing the day to day operations of the firm with particular emphasis on the firm's financial operations, sales and marketing.

Stephen is a licensed Broker in the Commonwealth of Virginia and the District of Columbia and is a member of the Urban Land Institute, Northern Virginia Building Industry Association as well as the National Association of Home Builders. He graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a degree in Economics.


Trent Wahl – Senior Project Manager
Trent Wahl has been involved in real estate construction for the past 5 years. He is experienced as a Project Manager for a commercial interiors construction firm in Alexandria, Va. He was responsible for all aspects of multi-million dollar commercial interior projects in Washington, D.C. and surrounding metro areas. His projects have won numerous craftsmanship awards from the Washington Building Congress (WBC) and the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) for excellence in construction.

As Senior Project Manager with Tradition Homes, Trent is responsible for overseeing all on-site activities for each project. His responsibilities include bidding, scheduling, coordinating, and managing each project. Prior to working in real estate Trent served in the U.S. Navy from 1995 to 2003. He was stationed on the USS Carl Vinson and USS Abraham Lincoln during Operation Desert Shield in the Persian Gulf. He later served as senior support staff for the Chief of Naval Operations Executive Panel in Washington, D.C. In 2003 he received the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal for his outstanding service.
